Yes, authenticity is our highest priority. Every timepiece undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection by our in-house horologists to ensure 100% authenticity before being listed for sale.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfers, and various digital payment platforms. Secure financing options are also available for eligible customers.
Do you offer international shipping?
We provide secure, fully insured worldwide shipping via premium couriers like DHL and FedEx. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary based on your destination and local customs regulations.
What is your return policy for online purchases?
We offer a 7-day return policy for watches purchased online, provided they are returned in the exact same condition as received, with all original packaging, tags, and documentation intact.
Do the watches come with a warranty?
Most of our timepieces come with the remaining manufacturer's warranty. For those that do not, Asia Timepiece Centre provides a limited 12-month mechanical warranty for your peace of mind.
Can I trade in my current watch for a new one?
Absolutely. We offer a competitive trade-in program. You can submit your watch details through our 'Sell/Trade' portal to receive a preliminary valuation toward your next purchase.
