At Asia Timepiece Centre, we strive for complete satisfaction with your luxury horological purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your unworn timepiece in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Return Request
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the watch, original box, warranty cards, and all manual booklets into a secure shipping container to prevent damage during transit.
Insured Shipping
Ship the package back to our service center using a trackable and insured courier service, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master watchmakers verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
